Argh Gmail!

We have recently received reports that gamers using Gmail have had a hard time receiving E-Mail messages from us. This is especially noticed when a gamer is trying to create a LANified! Account.

We currently do not see why Gmail is doing this, and many weeks ago we have already taken extensive steps to comply with the requirements Google publishes for E-Mail senders. So far as we can tell we are 100% in compliance with their publicly documented requirements. We would expect that our E-Mail messages should be coming through just fine to Gmail, and yet they are not. Should we magically discover something we can do to improve this situation, we will do it, but we currently appear to have exhausted all options

But BloodyIron, what can I do?

There's a few things you can do:

  1. If possible use a non-Gmail E-Mail address
  2. If you have to use Gmail, check the "Spam" folder, or our E-Mail messages might be getting marked as "Promotional" which might show up elsewhere in your Gmail
