Attention Parents/Legal Guardians!
If you are a Parent or Legal Guardian of a minor who wants to attend our events please consider the following:
You will need to be physically present at event check-in to sign the event waiver in-person. This is not-optional due to safety and legal concerns.
If you have any questions before the event feel free to come talk to us in-person at the event, or before/between events you can reach out to us through the Feedback & Help page.
We take safety of our events VERY SERIOUSLY and are ready to answer questions you may have.
Buy Tickets & Apply Them
This is the broken record part where we remind you that we need to pay for this event, and to please buy your tickets so that we can pay for this event.
But in addition to that, don't forget to apply your tickets so that you can register for tournaments you want to enter.
We HIGHLY recommend you do this early because tournament registration automatically closes when the tournament is scheduled to start.
If at any time you have issues, want help, have questions, or something similar to that, please reach out via the Feedback & Help page or the LANified! HUB service.
Check-In, Duration, Rules
Our fancy new check-in system is almost ready. To check-in at the event you will need to either login to the website on your phone, or login to the website on a spare computer we have at check-in. This is in addition to the physical Waiver form.
If you have not registered for the event, purchased a ticket and applied it, or anything like that by the time you're at the event, we can help you work through that. You WILL need a LANified! Account, this is non-optional, and we can help you get set up with that too.
The event opens to the public at Noon/12pm MST on Friday November 28th 2025. The event then goes non-stop until 8pm MST Sunday November 30th 2025.
PLEASE ALSO READ THE RULES ON THE EVENT PAGE. They are important.
Thanks for reading! So excited to see you all at the event! :D
