LANified! 37: Tournament Registration Open + Ticket News!
Published on 10/27/25, 11:22 AM
We have great news for our coming November 28-30 2025 event LANified! 37: Groundswell, check it out!
Tournament Registration now Open
You can now self-register for Tournaments for LANified! 37: Groundswell!
Once you have (a) Ticket(s) applied to your Event Registration you will see a "Register" button for each Tournament unlocked by the Ticket(s) you have Applied. Please note that this Register button goes away for any Tournament that has started (or that you have Registered for), so we recommend you Register for any Tournament you want to enter as soon as you can!
If you Register for a Tournament with a Team Size greater than 1, you will then be able to Create or join Teams as you see fit. If you Create a Team, as Team Captain, you will also be able to send Invitations to Gamers that have registered for that Tournament and are looking to join a Team. Those Gamers can then Accept/Reject Team Invitations as they see fit. If they Accept they will automatically join the Team and the Roster will immediately update.
Participation information for each Tournament updates immediately as Gamers Register for Tournaments, Create/Join/Leave Teams, and more!
Tournaments will automatically be marked as Started and later Closed based on the Scheduling we have posted for each Tournament. So please get your Teams and Tournament Registration sorted before that happens to avoid hiccups.
If you have any questions, concerns, problems, or whatever feel free to join us on LANified! HUB or engage us on the Feedback & Help page.
Tournament Rules, Formats, & Schedules Posted
That's right Gamers! ALL of the Tournaments Rules, Formats, and Schedules are now posted!
We have carefully and deeply evaluated each Tournament to define quality and sensible Rules, Formats, and even Scheduling across all three days of the coming event. Some Tournaments can span multiple days (if enough Gamers register for them) and some run only on one day. This is to min/max the experience and reward for every Gamer that enters each Tournament based on whatever the participation level ends up being at the time each Tournament starts. We are prepared for participation of all kinds of levels and we think you will see this when reading the Rules, Formats, and Schedules for the Tournaments.
We have a wide array of Tournaments, and we have architected each to be worthwhile for Gamers of all skill levels and varied interests. We want all of them to be appealing regardless of how "leet" you are or not. Everyone starts somewhere in their Tournament Adventures, and we want to help you to grow to be "leet" and also enable those who are "leet" to show us what they got. Want to aim for the podium? We got you. Want to enter, get your feet wet, and begin your Tournament Adventures? We got you. Unsure if you can make the podium but want to continue your Tournament Adventures and grow? We got you.
We pride ourselves in providing the highest quality Gaming Tournaments in many regards. Part of that is making sure they turn like clockwork, part of that is making sure the game servers run reliably, part of that is making them welcoming & rewarding, and so much more.
If you don't want to enter our Tournaments, that's fine, we're not only about Tournaments. But if you want to enter any of our Tournaments, we genuinely hope you have an amazing time. And we will ALWAYS work harder each time to make them better than ever before.
The Rules & Formats for each Tournament are now available on the LANified! 37: Groundswell page under the "Show Tournaments" tab.
The Schedules for Tournaments and other Event stuff is under the "Scheduling" tab on the same event page. Each Scheduling section is sorted chronologically so as you scroll down you are "moving forward in time" so to say. For Tournament Scheduling Entries take note each one lists the relevant Tournament "ID", Rule Set, Format, and other related information so you can reliably identify what you're looking at. Part of this is so that we can run multiple Tournaments per Event for the same Game (such as Starcraft 2 for example). We feel we can improve upon this area further but that's probably months in the future. We wecome all feedback and thoughts on the matter.
Please note for the future: Tournaments marked with a Status "Upcoming" on an Event Page are expected to have Tournament Registration Open. If a Tournament is marked with any other kind of Status, expect Tournament Registration to be Closed.
We can appreciate that how we do Tournament Registration, Rules, Formats, and Scheduling is uncommon. However we have put a lot of work into making it a reliable ecosystem, be as self-evident, AND AS USEFUL as possible. We will be continually improving it over time, but we really hope greatly you appreciate all it can do for you today, and in the future.
But BloodyIron, what about Ticket News?
Blah blah blah BloodyIron. Yeah we know the Tournament stuff is the best thing since sliced rockets. But what about the Ticket News?

But wait, there's more!
If you're reading this far, again, thank you Gamer!
In the near future we are planning to post some really neat insights into how we run game servers at our events (such as Counter-Strike 2 Tournament Servers), and even some super neato Minecraft stuff we've been slow-cooking for a few years now. If any of that sounds neat to you, well we recommend you check back periodically to read it when we post it. We're very excited to share it all with you, in addition to our coming event!
But BloodyIron, I want to help, how can help?
If you want to help LANified!, whether you attend our events or not, you can help us in a bunch of ways. Here are some examples:
1. Tell others. If you like what we're doing, or you think other Gamers will like what we're doing. PLEASE TELL THEM. This helps us a lot, in addition to our promotional efforts. There's a reason this typically is the first thing I mention for helping: IT WORKS. We want to grow our events to be HUGE, and spreading the word is key to that.
2. Join our Staff. We do not have openings posted right now, but we probably will soon. We will need Tournament Administrators soon. But we also are open to ideas we haven't thought of before. If you want to join our Staff and help in ways we're not thinking about, then please reach out to us on LANified! HUB or the Feedback & Help page. No promises, but we WILL need more Staff to grow our events to be HUGE.
3. Let us know what you think. Good, Bad, Ugly, Comments, Criticism, Feedback, whatever. We want to hear it all because it helps us do a better job, and support the things that are working. We prefer if you give us your thoughts on the Feedback & Help page first, so that we can track it better, but you are also welcome to do so on LANified! HUB. We are humans. We make mistakes. We always want to do better. Please help us help... us. Or something like that.
4. ATTEND OUR EVENTS. If you actually like what we're doing, attending helps a lot because it shows others that our events are worth your time and money. WE DO THIS FOR YOU. Plus it also enables us to pay for growth & the events themselves. They cost money! (seriously they do)
Thanks for reading! So excited to see you at the coming event! Yay! :D
